Examinees can take tests and do not have any other access.

Proctors can start tests for examinees but do not have the ability to assign tests or view testing results. Their role is simply that of a proctor.

Limited Test Administrators have the ability to assign tests, proctor tests, and view qualification reports. Qualification reports indicate whether an examinee is qualified based upon their test score. Qualification reports are only available to accounts that have set up cutting scores as part of a job profile for their tests through an Enterprise Subscription or a validation study.

Limited Account Administrators have all the abilities of the Limited Test Administrator as well as the ability to manage subaccounts and move credits between them.

Recruiters can start tests for examinees, assign tests and view results, but have limited administrative privileges.

Limited Recruiters are similar to Recruiters but cannot view numeric scores and have no administrative privileges.

*Test Administrators have the ability to assign tests, proctor tests, and view all testing results including raw scores and qualification.

Sub-Account Administrators have the ability to manage sub-accounts, assign tests, proctor tests, and view all testing results including raw scores and qualification.

Account Administrators are the highest access level we allow for accounts. They have the ability to perform all test administration functions and to set up sub-accounts to delineate various testing groups within an organization.

*Note: The “Test Administrator” access level has been deprecated. Please either use the “Recruiter” or “Sub-Account Administrator” instead.
